Is Anyone up for a new Challenge?
Hi All,
I'm only a week into IP and am feeling so good I just want to keep going and going and would really like to be part of a challenge to keep me motivated and accountable.
I was thinking maybe a Steps in a day challenge or something along those lines.
I don't see it as a competition with each other, but more of a self challenge to do better than you did the day before.
If anyone is interested or has any challenge ideas I would love to hear them!

Hello - I'm new to the forum and to Ideal Protein. I just started my first day of Phase 1!
I would love to join a challenge so it could motivate us and keep us all accountable.

Hi Arobed and Angela, I say we get this challenge started! We can just report back on this thread each day to post how many steps we took the day before and of course provide encouragement for each other.
I had a busy desk day yesterday so only managed 3800 steps taking my dog out for a walk last night ........ better than nothing though
Have a great day!

Hi, I am to the forum but have been doing Ideal Protein for awhile now. I would love to join this challenge. This seems like a great motivational challenge and a way to hold us accountable. I try to get at least 10,000 steps in a day using my fitbit. Yesterday I was able to get 11,440 steps in. I look forward to checking in with everyone each day.
Happy stepping!!

That's a lot of steps Denise! Way to go. I use the Garmin Vivofit to track my steps. It just came back out of the dresser drawer yesterday. I find it helps me to get up and move during the day.
Looking forward to reaching my steps goal every day and walking to help get this weight off.
One of my goals is to be able to start running again.

Happy Friday!
Awesome job ladies!
I got in 9,683 yesterday, just a tad shy of my 10,000 goal but I'm hoping to make up for it today.
It's a gorgeous day, the sun is shining and it's supposed to be 27 degrees here today (that's celsius). It will be a beautiful evening for a nice long walk.
Have a great day and get those steps in!
Rinakim

I'm in for this challenge! I'm starting my third week and need additional motivation to move. I use a Fitbit and try to log 5000 steps a day (I sit a lot at work). But I will try to increase my steps by 500 steps a week until I reach my goal weight. We'll see how it goes. Today I'm at 5228 so I made my goal!

Hi All
It's tough for me to get on a computer on the weekends as well and yesterday I was out of town for a business meeting.
I logged over 10,000 on Saturday and Sunday and only 3500 yesterday as I was driving for 8 hours out of my day.
I don't have my garmin on today
Weigh in tonight, looking forward to it!
Happy stepping.
