As a fellow male who has tried Bootea I thought I would tell you about my experience!
I tried Bootea about 5 months ago, and stuck to the regime as well as my healthy eating plan. The first thing you should know is the tea itself tastes absolutely disgusting - particularly the night time one. I countered this by adding a slice of lemon.
The whole concept behind Bootea is that we hold around 7lb excess food stuff in our digestive system and the herbs in the tea bags help that to move a long. Making you feel less bloated, more energy etc.
I found that sticking to the plan helped me to lose weight, though this could have been just the healthy eating. And I didnt suffer from the laxative effects the next day - I was just....regular. On the otherside of this, my friend tried one night time tea bag and almost had an incident at work so it definitely varies according to how sensitive our individual bodies are to the stuff in the bags.
I recommend you try it on a day when you dont have anything on the next day, maybe a weekend? and see how it goes. I would definitely try it again if they didnt keep hiking up the price!!
