I love it. I really have to try to push myself though, because the workouts are relatively short (except for Drench, which is 55 minutes long)
Like if you hurt you gotta push through it , because the workouts are too short to take breaks!

I've already gone through PiYo once, and I love it. For it to be effective you really need to push yourself to the max because the workouts are relatively short.
Funny you mention T25, right now I'm doing a PiYo / T25 hybrid calendar, and loving it.
