Whole30
I started my 4th Whole30 for Lent. Anyone here doing it or thinking about doing it? It freed me from weighing and measuring everything I eat, killed my Sugar Dragon, and taught me some really great recipes. It is not a weight loss diet but a program that only lasts for 30 days and then you begin reintroducing the foods that are most notorious for causing body issues to see how you body reacts to these foods. You will lose weight along the 30 days. I ate more than I ever have and still lost 7 pounds. After the 30 days I choose to follow a Paleo diet, but you can do anything you want. The support on the Whole30 website is amazing.
