Hello, my name is YukiHime and I am settled in Midlands in the United Kingdom.
It deeply gladdens my heart to meet you all
. Thank you for having me. I begun my losing weight back a year ago towards the end of spring. I have been in practise of alternate day fasting for ten months now, and have found it very much rewarding. I have lost so far close to 70 pounds, and aim to find a BMI 20 by this coming summer.
I come to this forum seeking advice. During my time with this protocol I feel I have been successful. However I now find it increasingly difficult to escape hunger on my days spent not fasting. On some days I am ravenous even if I am so very busy, and feel I need more food. In the past I sought to eat 500 calories on fast days, and 1,300 to 1,400 on non fast days. I cannot do this anymore.
I feel it is better once lean to consume more on non fast days. I do a variety of exercise for 30-45 mins a day from treadmill, lifting and squats. I still eat 500 on my fasting days, and now I eat also 1,900 on non fast days. This averages out to 1,200 a day.
I am very curious what others tend to eat. I have my calorie amounts checked from JUDD website I believe. I inputted my stats (female, lightly active, 5'6 and weighing 128 ibs - am looking to lose 4 pounds more only) to it, and these are the amounts the site nicely gave to me.
To others in a similar situation - is this ok? I no longer feel hunger too much, but is netting 1,200 average still little with 45 ish minutes exercise a day? I am very pleased and thankful for your responses
. Thank you for this lovely and helpful site.
