Flower1, I know only to well about the struggle with re-losing the same weight time and time again. I never have gotten rid of comforting myself with food, blast it, it's my down fall (as well as easing up on exercise). That's why I challenge myself to 10,000 steps a day every day on the 1,000 miles in 2016 thread. I need a year long food challenge, but not sure what? Could you share your basic diet with us? Also what you do to keep the food moderated so well for losing weight.
