Yesterday took a nasty turn for the high pts zone, and Thursday ALWAYS kill me- super long day plus a four hour drive...just seem to go wrong every week! So I am going to journal and even make sure I come back and update it later today, instead of leaving it hanging and incomplete as I often do!

1 hr 25 minute walk- done

All Bran & Milk (2/25)

Salad & dr(5/25)

jam sand(7/25)
pear & apple (9/25)

small veg & shrimp pizza(21/25)
1 Tb choc chips(23/25) damn! not planned for them!

popcorn w/ ranch seasoning (25/25)
ff/sf jello(~)

evening walk!?!?! only if cravings continue to get the better of me!!!
