Thank you Duchess for the encouraging words that I so need to hear.
I used to work as a chiropractors receptionist, he'd let me off work to do my modelling shows, then years later I stayed home to raise my 3 kids till they were of high school age, I knew the reception office was now high tech using computers so I decided I might be better off working in a giant hospital laundry almost 400 staff with one of my sisters. My weight blossomed when I sprayed their highly toxic chemicals. I kept fainting as the chemicals made my body unable to absorb much Iron or Calcium and my thyroid gland also hardly functioned causing fast weight gain and the chemicals also damaged my left lung so I'm now housebound because if I go out into the world and breathe in cigarette fumes even on someones clothes, or perfume fumes I will get chemical pneumonia within a week. It took the doctors so many years to finally diagnose me so I couldn't sue the laundry.
Anyway to cut a long story short. I seem to be battling weight gains way too easily, cutting my calorie intake to 900 per day is the only way for my body to drop any weight, so I have to chow down my daily vitamins for energy too. The 3FC weight-loss forum looks so encouraging.

That sounds like such a difficult time. 900 calories seems so low! You know your body best, so I won't tell you otherwise, but please be safe.

Thanks, I often give up controlled callorie diets after the 6 week mark (I don't even know why) so if I'm still here after 6 weeks I will be smiling.

Congratulations on your weight losses thus far, you've done an amazing job.

Thank you very much. I find this place to be very helpful and inspiring. I think you can keep going after 6 weeks, as long as you can remember to reach out when you feel discouraged. Letting someone support you can make a world of difference.

Thank you for relpying to my intro thread! I appreciate the support.

I think you can stick to your plan too, even with your extra challenges.

My plan is quite low in calories too and it does take some getting used to. I find mid-morning to afternoon the hardest, so I try to have my most calorie-dense meals then. How about you?

After about 10 days, I think it starts to get easier.

We can do it together.

Thanks Mickiann, I'd have to say my peckish time is probably around 4pm and then again at 7pm eating filling foods really helps. Thanks so much for your positive outlook.
