10 Days In The Life Boat #153
Welcome to the newest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.
This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?
Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

My goals for this leg:
1. Eat healthy. No donuts, fried food, pizza.
2. Add a bit of exercise each day.
3. Be able to say, "I'm proud of how I got through today", at the end of each day.

Still cold but sunny this morning. It's supposed to be mostly sunny all weekend. The coastal storm will not invade central NY.
I was dry yesterday. It was a challenge.

Stayed dry yesterday. I felt like crap, for no reason, but I was't hungry and ended up eating only half of my required WW pts. Feeling fine today and hoping yesterday's shorted day doesn't send me into a tizzy later today.
Just to a load of fluffy towels out of the dryer should anyone need to dry off after an unexpected dip.

Hi Judy, I am afraid I got your food tizzy this afternoon.
As for my goals I met them. Posting and walking done.
Hope you feel less crappy today. It is that time of year...

Is there room for another , I haven't participated in a long time and I've gained nearly 20 lbs. (I say nearly because with all of my binge eating I'm avoiding the scale).
My goals are -
To check in on 3fc and post somewhere on the site everyday.
To avoid binges at least until our next round in the lifeboat.
To do 2 Leslie Sansone 1 mile workouts before the next lifeboat thread .

Hi Camster. Welcome back!
I was in the water AGAIN! So angry at myself. Back in my seat this morning.
Ubee, Here's the life ring. Grab on. We'll haul you in.

Hi and thank you Ubee and J-Ann, the plus side to a bad day is you rev your metabolism for a good one , that is how I've looked at it for awhile. No binges since I joined the lifeboat, no exercise either that has always been the hardest for me. J-Ann I'm curious, how is Smart Points vs. Points plus, as far as ease and effectiveness? I wish I could join Weight Watchers again but none of my local meetings work with my schedule.

Don't get mad at yourself Judy just get rowing.
Candid exercise is a huge struggle for me also.
I had a good day today with food and posting. Did not and will not be getting my exercise in. Not going to beat myself up. I'm back in the boat and just need to row harder tomorrow.
