Default Bai Molokai coconut drink

can we have bai drinks on ideal protein?

Here's the label:
Calories 5
Carbs 9g
Sugars 1g
Erythritol 8g

Then it says "1 net carb per serving (erythritol carbs have no calories or effect on blood sugar)"

Just wondering if this is a marketing scam or not! I know it's not a triple zero product, but I guess I just want to know if it's truly 1 net carb

An extra 9 carbs in lieu of 0 carb beverages will slow your losses - maybe give you a stall.

Erythritol is a sugar alcohol and there are a number of people whose digestive systems balk at those 'tol' ingredients. Just a heads up! And yes as oneuh2 said, if you have slowdowns or cravings that would be the first thing to ditch.
