Hi all. I'm a BRAND new newbie here. I'm hoping to find encouragement and accountability! This is the 3rd time I've found myself back up to a weight that is not good for me, and it is utterly discouraging. I'm on a strict 1300 calorie meal plan now, and intend to be more dedicated to regular exercise. I'm an Xfitter, but it just has never "stuck" I guess. Anyway, glad to be here and glean from a great group of folks!
