Hi welcome! 20 lbs is a really good goal! Joining this group is a good first step! Do you know how your going to go about it? There's a lot of infgormastion out there. This is my fourth time losing....I need to learn maintenance. I just joined a !month and a half ago and hgave found A LOT of help. Today is my first day also...just found this site. I am starting at the same weight (220) and have the same goal for weight loss...to get to 200 lbs first of all, and then to work on the rest after I have accomplished that. I really don't have too much of an idea to start doing this. I think I'm trying for low calorie meals. T.V dinners to start. I hate to cook.
