Hi I am new here and hoping for some support in my unique situation. I live in the bush in Alaska and literally have no support group or human contact outside of my family. I have gained and lost hundreds of pounds only to get depressed and gain it again. I am currently up about 40 pounds after losing 100 about 3 years ago. Since I am now 50+ I need to get control of this now. I'm hoping this helps.

Well done on only regaining 40! I lost 106 11 years ago, and regained 102!!

How did you do it before, and how are you planning on doing it now?
