Default Hi I am new to this board. so bear with me
I have to figure it out. well, my name is Ann and I am searching for answers as to why I stuff food in my mouth. I have lost weight 4x and the last time I did it was a success for 2 years. I lost 80lbs and it took 4 years to put in back on. I keep saying what's the use, but my knees hurt, my back hurts, and I am going to be 60 in March. I don't want to go thru my 60;s hurting. so I am here to lend support and get it. it makes such a huge difference with support. more about myself later. I am digging in and losing this weight.

well, I am getting a little better by searching around this. I am determined to learn this and learn why I eat when I don't want to. am I scared, bored, I don't know. help me figure it out please.
