Good for you two!!! I actually gained a lb over the weekend... too many salty foods. My offical weigh in is not till Saturday. To be honest I have not been good for the past 4 days :( yikes :yikes: Better get my butt into gear for my weigh in later this week.

I'm down to 297, too. Lost 3 pounds. Sandi and I seem to be on the same timeline. (And the baby goal, too! /grin)
It really depends on when I weigh. Just for grins I weighed myself again this morning after I got out of the shower. 296, when ten minutes before, when I weighed myself when I got up and before I showered, I was 294. Weird how it works. The scale is a general measure, at best. But it is a measure. So I still use it.

I am down 1/2 pound (255.5). Just got a new scale Friday, so I will probably have a more accurate idea of how much I'm losing next week.

Been 70% good this week on food, and 100% with my excercise and I stayed exactly the same 210 lbs. BUT I met my daily step goal with a weekly average of 10,269 steps/day and lost 3.5 inches. SO go Chris!

I'm down 1 lb. this week. I almost lost it there last week. I think I was a little hormornal because I considered throwing in the towel. It's been so frustrating getting these last pounds off that I thought what's the point? I'm close enough. But then I kicked myself in the *** and said it does matter! I made a promise to myself and I WILL NOT break it! So here I am, in this to the end. (whenever that may be;) )

I weighed yesterday. Up another pound. It is TOM, but I don't want to make this a trend. I have perpetual TOM sometimes, so I can't really wait until it's over to see success.
I've had mostly successful days but a couple when I overate. Usually restaurants give me the biggest challenge. I've thought of some strategies to overcome this, so I'll keep you posted.
Congrats on all the losses! You guys rock!

I lost .4 this week. Even though I know a loss is a loss, I'm still bummed. I've done really well since Friday. Time to quit kidding myself, it's got to be an all week effort.
Okay, so I'm going to have Long John Silvers for supper, and then it's time to quit sulking and get on it again!

is it crazy that i'm kinda down about losing only one pound this week?
i know, i know. i should be thanking my stars i lost anything. but am i wrong to have expected more?
but in any case, i'm at 192 now.

No, you're not wrong. It can be frustrating sometimes to work so hard and to feel like you're giving up so many of the things you really like, to have such a "small" loss, but a loss is still a loss and you're doing great work! Don't get discouraged! Keep up all that you're doing!

Holly, you did better than I did this week...but I'm with you in being bummed, well I was bummed last night, but now I'm over it, and am going to stay on track this week.
I had my little pity party, added up the points, and did okay, didn't go over for the day, so I was thrilled!
The new FlexPoints start next week at WW, so I'm super excited to get a look at the new program :)

Well no weight loss for me this week. I'll have to do better next week. Does not look good for making my labor day goal. I still have 7 lbs to take off and only one week to do it. Oh well.

It's okay! Don't beat yourself up about the Labor Day Goal. You're doing great, and maintaining for a week is much better than gaining.

I lost 1lb (just!)- disappointing that my weight loss has slowed down so soon (week 3), but if I'm honest I was a real couch potato this week, and hardly left the house at all.:doh: :doh:
I am definately going to get out and about more this week and get my butt down that gym!

.5 pound down, to 263.5.
Well, it's better than up, which is what I usually do after a vacation.
I'm really proud of those of us who are reporting small, minimal, or no weight loss. It would be so much easier to just not say anything.:^:

Awwww, Kristasmom, now ya made me post.
I don't want to get on the scale. TOM is here. I weighed in last night & it was depressing. I will weigh in midweek when all the water is gone.
