Default Week one Results

It's been one week so far on keeping a food journal,weigh foods,tracking calories,carb,and plenty of movements..on my digital scale,shows ERR...My non digital scale shows 30 Lbs lost!! Is that possible? Am happy...and shall keep this going!! I have a long way to go!!

My home scales are wrong.

I went to my medical doctor office to weigh in. They allow me.. lost 6#!!

6lb is pretty damn good.That is almost a lb a day.Keep up the good work and you will see excellent results.
