Hi, I'm new here, my names Liss.

I decided to join this forum because I went Vegetarian 7 years go when meat starting making me sick. Since then I've put on 40kgs. It very depressing as I thought eating a diet mainly of veggies/fruit would be a good thing. I know I've not been 100% good, but I certinly didn't expect this.

I try to do a 40min walk each day. I also suffer from ovarian cysts, which I've been told hinders weight loss.

I was hoping maybe there were others who have had similar issues.
