Things are pretty slow around here lately, any ideas on how we can perk things up?!

exercise miles: 10

i worked in the yard for two hours yest (while my grandmother watched the baby) and i am SO sore today. i can hardly move my legs. amazing what a little yard work can do!

while my eating has not been diet worthy at least it's not non-stop like it had been.

lauren: maybe everyone has taken the summer off?

Yes, I'm thinking once fall hits, maybe things will pick up again. I'll start keeping track of everyone's miles then, if you want.

hi all. I know I haven't been around much - only on my daily journal. It's been so slow here on the thread.

Today I take ds off to law school. Some of you will remember when I took him to college - we've been here that long!:eek: It'll be a very emotional weekend for me - he will be so far away this time.

I got info in the mail from ww on how they are changing their program - you will have flex points, a certain amount per week it looks like, instead of banking. I haven't been there all summer. I knew I would be traveling a lot and didn't want to waste the money. May rejoin this fall??
