Hi all
Hope you are all good and well. I have joined today to get and give support with people who are just like me and share healthy recipes and tips. I have been a yo yo dieter for many years and have tried a lot of diets, from ones where I have been able to eat a small chocolate bar every day, to ones where all I'm having is juiced fruit and vegetables.
I've started on my weight loss journey again by eating clean, nothing processed and keeping an eye on my calorie intake and I have also started the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution workout. So far so good!
