I made my first goal of losing 30 pounds in three months today! When I started I was 231.4 (on July 30), today I am 198.4!! Not only under 200 for the first time in a YEAR but down 33 overall!
When I started my initial goal was to reach 175 by New Year's Eve but at the rate I am going that is a stretch - but I don't even care! I'm just happy to continue the downward trend at 5 - 9 pounds per month. I am not taking breaks during the holidays since I don't really have a set plan anyways. I eat pretty much whatever I want but if i do have a very rich or large meal one day I will go lighter the next. Pretty much IE. I haven't eaten many sweets, by choice (they just make me want more, to binge, give me headaches, etc) but there are exceptions..and tonight is Halloween of course!
Slowly but surely my too-tight wardrobe can be tugged back on. Hoping to hit <=190 by Nov 30.
