10/28- cardio, 33 min 7 miles ex. bike, yoga
10/29- strength
10/30- cardio, jog 27
10/31-off
11/1-cardio, 4 miles at rail trail
11/2- yoga, strength, cardio walk at work and walk 1 mile with dog
11/3-off-birthday, walked around with my MIL, no regular exercise
11/4-cardio rail trail 3 miles with DH
11/5-yoga, weights
Yoga-3x, strength-3x, cardio 5x, ok 1 more day, get that last cardio in
11/6-cardio rail trail 4 miles
