Dragonfly! Yes, sugar cravings will control you. I LOVE sugar also, and I have to limit myself. We also have to watch white starchy foods that act just like sugar (white bread, white potatoes, white pasta, white rice) when it comes to how quickly they are processed in the body. They burn quickly and cause cravings that play havoc with one's body and weight! Just try to keep reminding yourself of how great you felt when your ate healthy and lost weight. You can do it!
