I will be approximately 3 months into IP when its time to go on vacation. I have 3 weeks left before I leave. I still want to lose 15-20 lbs - and I have currently lost just over 20. My question is - is there anything I can do before I leave to minimize the weight gain? I know I will not be using the IP food while on vacation, and I do plan on having dessert at least once. I asked my coach and she said there wasn't really anything I could do, it would take at least a month to prepare. I am going to eat low carb with a few exceptions - just trying to be realistic. I read somewhere on this forum it was said "if you think you can go off plan and then restart and continue losing weight the way you were you are wrong" ? Not sure why?
