I apologize for my titling abilities. I just woke up and I can't think of anything else.
I'm 40, female, and have had problems with my health since I was a child. Fighting a lot of hormone issues, and need to lose about 85 pounds. I've already lost about 12. I do the glycemic load diet because of the hormone issues, and because it's fairly easy to manage.
Looking for some friends and support to keep truckin'!
