I have not been on this site in a long, long LONG time.
I feel like I am out of control, when your fat pants start getting tight and your last DR appointment showed high blood pressure it is time to get serious.

I am following Sparkpeople it is a free on line site that is for calorie counting.
I have done Weight Watchers in the past.

Your not alone. I am back after a couple year break trying to relose weight I lost 4 years again. It is a slow frustrating process.

Welcome back! I am back after a long absence as well. I used to post here in the journals. I think that was about 2006 to 2009. I also got fed up recently after seeing a picture of myself. So, I came back to the best sight I know for support and inspiration. Glad we're both back! We can do this!
