Default Nutrition bars question...

This is a followup to a previous question I had...is it ok to eat any low carb/high protein nutrition bars? I really need something for pre-workout energy.

According to Dr. A, no. The idea of SBD is to rely on whole foods and not processed items like nutrition bars. Also a lot of them are being called into question over how low-carb they really are. You might do a search and find some recipes to make some energy bars of your own but they would mostly be P2.
