Good to have you! As for me, I'm doing a modified version of a diet called the Slow Carb Diet. It's basically eating low glycemic index foods for 6 days and anything I want on the 7th day. It's not for everyone but it works really well for me. Be sure to check out the Success Stories section here and read about people who have reached their goals. It's very encouraging and you can learn a lot about the methods of weight loss various members have found to be successful.
