Question Possibly at it, again....?

Hello all!

I started IP in October of 2013, and dropped 50 pounds. Since maintenance, I went back to WW but am having a hard time sticking to it. I could try to continue it, but am so afraid of gaining back all the weight that I've lost, and this was the only diet that REALLY worked for me. My biggest downfall is dairy, but have tried my best to avoid it since I'm lactose intolerant. I'm not sure if I am going to start right now, however, I just recently got engaged and am planning on looking at wedding dresses very soon.

Has anyone gone back to the program? How did it work for you?

Hi Scottysgirl, I just started back on the program on August 31. It is my second time on Ideal Protein. I'm not doing alternatives but the IP packets. I came back because I felt this was the only thing that works for me. It was a difficult decision because I lost a lot of hair with the weight. Additionally the soy I think messes with my hormones a bit, but this time I'm trying to limit the soy packets. My body feels so much better off carbs and dairy and of course without so much weight. It has been difficult to be as disciplined this time around but I'm working the plan because I feel better. I feel like crap after a carb overload.
