I started weightwatchers last month this will be my fourth time getting weighed on Wednesday I'm hoping for 2lbs off that will bring my weightloss to a total of 10lbs not bad for a months work. But my biggest issue is that I actually get more depressed about my weight I don't know why if its anxiety or what does anyone else out there feel the same.
