Default Hosting a Dinner Party on phase 1

Hello,
I'm looking for some recipes and tips for hosting a dinner party while on phase 1. I have a few situations coming up where I need to have company over for dinner and would generally make fairly elaborate multi-course meals pre-IP so now am looking for options that don't seem like "diet food" to our guests but that won't deviate from the protocol either.

If you are looking to hide the fact that you are on a diet, the only really hard part is dessert.

Start with a salad with on plan veggies. Make your own vinaigrette so that you know it doesn't have off plan ingredients.

Then do a roast beef or roast chicken with an on plan green veggie for everyone and whole roast potatoes for those who choose to eat them. I think roast beef would be easier since it is often served with the pan drippings instead of gravy. You can simply not pour any on your serving.

Make pudding for dessert. Dish it into individual servings prior to dinner but put IP pudding in your dish.

If you aren't trying to hide your diet, then just make a dessert you don't really like and would generally pass up anyway.

Thanks. I'm not really looking to hide the fact that I'm on diet I just don't want to force my guests to have to follow my eating plan.
