Thanks. I don't think supplements was what 3FC had in mind when they started this site. I believe that there is a place for some supplements but they don't take the place of good old exercise and eating a healthy diet.

One can't take supplements forever. Most models & movie stars are always looking for the newest trends whether it be diet or exercise. I have no respect for that. Pills, supplements, shakes, patches, ad nauseum aren't the answer.
