Hi Everyone!
I was on IP in 2013-2014 to help lose baby weight from my daughter. I'm one of those people who gains when pregnant like crazy without "indulging". I got very close to goal, and phased off and decided to have another baby. That baby is now 1, weaned and I'm back to take off the baby weight again! I did IP the first time with a center, but I didn't find the coaching to be much help, so I've decided to go with alternatives this time (plus two kids in daycare= yikes expensive!). I started this morning with my favorite chocolate puffs.
Anyway, happy to be back with you. I found the forum really helpful and motivating the first time around.
I do have one question, and I did already comb the stickies, but can anyone help me with how you are doing alternative supplements? I have some left over from last time, but I will need to purchase some soon and I can't quite figure it out without spending a bunch on separate items? Sorry for asking if it's already somewhere else, but I couldn't find it.
