Default I'm Back and So Upset

I used to hang around here but got away. I am so depressed this morning. I restarted my weight loss journey and I am DEPRESSED. I counted EVERY stinking calorie this week, measured out what I ate and I lost 0.0 pounds I have a lot of weight to lose and thought there would be some success this week. I am so very discouraged.

How many calories did you eat? Maybe you ate too little? How much exercise did you get in? Maybe it was a hangover from last week and this week's weight loss will be big?

Doesn't this very forum have a sticky that eating too little to lose weight is a myth? Granted, eating too little has all sorts of other horrible side effects like lethargy, loss of hair, etc., but I don't think it's the issue here.
