Hi there, Well I am back after a few years. I think the last time I posted was 2013 it said. Back in 2011/2012 I was eating Low carb and doing lots of zumba and lost about 25 lbs then for some reason I lost my way and went right back into my old ways and gained it all back. Then in 2013 I got pregnant with my 3rd daughter, now she is 2 and I'm still holding on to some baby weight. So now is the time to get back at it and get some of this weight off.

BACK!! I left and came back too. It happens! I'm doing a form of low carb that's not keto. I'm doing slow carb (low glycemic index). I had heard low carb doesn't work as well the 2nd time around, but I am losing at the same rate as last time, so you should be just fine too if that's what you're doing again! Good luck!
