Default Question about "normal meals" I saw on IP FB page

I haven't been to a clinic in a while and I know that things may change within their program but did they add a "normal meal" in the program where I guess one meal you eat normally? I was on the IP page and saw a post by them that said something to the effect of "it's important a normal meal so that you can enjoy social activities with your friends and family". I know when I did IP in the spring they didn't mention this. Is this new?

My guess they were just referencing the evening meal with your lean protein and veggies. Going to eat at a restaurant with friends would be "normal" in my eyes. Just watch what you eat and stay away from the bread basket!

Frawniemae is correct. What they mean is your dinner meal in Phase 1. They are trying to explain why you're not just eating packets for every meal. You need to be able to enjoy a meal with your family to keep some sort of normalcy.
