I lost my focus last month. I really hope I can back on track this month. I'm ready. It's always great to start over! It's nice to have that new feeling.

August was a lazy, pity-me month, but in September I will be invincible!
Miraculously, no gains in Aug, lost only a coupla pounds. I'm tired of being tired and depressed, and I (think?) I'm ready to get up and start living a better life. I have a surgery scheduled for Monday, which I am NOT looking forward to....well....except for the drugs....nervous, but hoping for improvements. Cross fingers.
So September....hmmm....Let's go for 8 pounds, 2 per week. Look out, Salads! I'm comin' after ya! chomp chomp chomp
Time to step up my game after a lazy few months.
I will be starting September at 224lbs and hopefully end September at 215lbs,
a hopeful weight loss of 9lbs.
My goal for September will be 8 pounds again! So happy to meet goal in August! Will weigh in in 9/1/15 for official starting weight.
Lets stay on this loss wagon!
On a side note, went clothes shopping yesterday (which I hate) and I reflexively grabbed a pair of size 22 pants. They were falling off in the dressing room, so I asked for a size 18....nope still too big! Slid right into a 16, nice and comfy.....holy heck!!!! I don't remember being in 16's.....maybe in 2004? Next thing ya know, the credit card was on fire buying a few cute things to go along with the new pants. I actually had fun in the store and the sales people were so sweet and supportive of how well I have done so far. Felt really good!

My goal for August was 214 flat, today and yesterday I've come in at 214.4, very happy about that, we'll see what tomorrow brings. I am committed to staying on track today.
Updated August 31st - My weigh in was 213.2 today, my lowest yet, my goal for September is 209.2 lbs. so 4 lbs. total.
Start weight (as of September 1st) - 213.6 (followed by a binge, no worries I am back on track and will weigh in again on Labor Day )
September 5th, back down to 213.6 lbs yay, keep going! Btw Nsv another neighbor noticed my weight loss today, means a lot.
September 7th, 213 flat, a new low and so thankful! 23 days to the end of this month, and I am hoping to be down to 210 by the end of this month! <3

I'm going for 10 pounds in September. Not sure if that's attainable but we shall see! I'm at 220 now, hoping to get to 210 by the end of the month. Good luck to everyone!
