Default Workout Progam (Videos) for True Beginner

I am looking for suggestions on at home workout programs for beginners. I have over around 100 lbs to lose so pregrams like P90X and Insanity I think will be too hard for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on beginner programs. I'm someone who can't do a push up or true sit-up because my fat gets in the way. But I want something that will give me a few dvds to do different days with a plan. I am terrible at figuring out abs, arms, legs... and which day to do them. I end up doing everything every day and hurting myself.

I like Leslie Sansone DVD's called Walk Away the Pounds. Because I stopped exercising for a long time I am now doing the 1 mile walk and hopefully I will build up to the 2 mile walk, 3 miles, etc.

I live in the boondocks and we had lots of bears around, so I'm not comfortable walking outside. What I really like about Leslie Sansone is that the walking is more aerobic with knee lifts, kicks, etc.
