I started a new thread for this item because when googling, I hadn't seen my suggestion come up before from previous bloggers.
I am on my first week of IP (Day 4) , and purchased the CC because I am a cereal fiend, and thought it would be a wonderful replacement. To my dismay, I found the taste pretty awful on Day 1.
I decided to experiment today (without the stove), and found that the taste is greatly improved if you do two things:
- prepare the packet as directed
- warm up in microwave of 20 seconds
- add a dash (up to half packet) of splenda)
It tasted like real cereal, and I didn't have to turn it into a crepe
Stay with it everyone. I'm already down 8 pounds to 171.6 (might be a bit more but didn't weight myself on starting day).
