You have come to the right place! This really is a wonderfully supportive and non-judgmental community. It's great that your hubs will work out with you, only it sounds like you need a little more accountability on the days you don't feel like working out. So I'm inviting you to join the August Exercise Challenge:

On that thread, you set an exercise goal for the month and then log the exercise you do toward that goal. It makes it a little more difficult to slack off, and that's what we really want, even though we may not think so in the moment, lol! I'm also inviting you to join the sister thread, the August Weight Loss Challenge:

On that thread, we set a weight loss goal for the month and then record our weight each day or each week or at some interval with which we are comfortable.
