I'm so excited to be here. I started my weight lost journey last July 2014. My weight was at 210lbs. I started working out and eating less. I hit a huge plateau therefore, I joined IP. Due to the cost I started researching and found similarities with Protidiet and others.
I started Protidiet for a lot less and so far it's going well.
My current weight is 169.4 My goal is to reach 130lbs by Dec. 31st, 2015.
Thanks for the support and if anyone has more recommendations for alternatives to IP please please make suggestions
