My weight has been so up and down lately, I can't even keep up! Today I wore a pair of pants to work that I haven't worn in a couple of months and I'm literally having to hold them up when I walk. Most of my clothes have a small amount of spandex in them so they don't get loose as quickly, but these are just good old button/zip slacks. As much of a pain as this will be all day, YAY! for pants that have gotten so big they won't stay up.

Good job Gagirl1. That's great progress!

I have a similar story, but with a different outcome. For years I wore elastic waist polyester pants to work. I could go up and down a few pounds without a problem. One day when my weight was on the up side, the elastic broke, but the pants stayed put. My body fat kept them from falling down. LOL I said "You know you're really fat when the elastic breaks in your pants but they don't fall down!" I continued to wear those pants without the elastic for a while, until I finally bought a new pair.

Congrats, GaGirl1! That's such a good feeling, for your weight loss to be evident.
