At one time I was very successful with the support I got here. In fact I hung around in maintainers and featherweights. Through calorie counting, I learned my own little personalized system of increased protein and decreased carb, moving more and resistance exercise.
A recent life change has brought into focus that I need to start looking after myself again ie you can’t wash a good diet down with wine no matter how wretched your workplace is. So here I am … again … and hunting for a place to fit in.
I’m 54, need to lose about 25 or 30 pounds. The eating plan is as above. I walk most days (would love more fitbit buddies) and go to a Fit Body Bootcamp 3 times a week.
