Hi,

I'm now over 40, sitting at my desk all day long and on the couch all night long and that's enought!

I would love to loose 100 pounds before my 45th birthday as a gift "from me to me with a lot of love"

I hope that this community will be there to help me stay on track and focus. Because I'm a pro to side-tracking lol

This time, it's not for the others, not for the MD, not because I wan't my mom to be proud of me but just for me!

Being a little bit egoistical is not wrong :-)
