I am currently weighing 170 pounds and just do not feel good about it. My ideal weight is 140-145, I have really let myself get into a slump and am ready to get back to feeling good about myself. I have a hard time staying motivated but once I get started and feeling better about myself I am usually able to keep going. I will be using a food journal and various workouts. It seems the older I have become (46) the harder it is to lose weight, but I really believe that I need to restructure how I tackle my weight loss since my body and metabolism is different than when I was younger.
