I'm Susie from Nashville, TN. I've lurked here off and on for a while. I've got about 50lbs. to drop, and am looking forward to all of the wonderful insight found here on the board. Back in the mid 90s I dropped 75 lbs. and kept it off until about 5 years ago when I stopped smoking. I've gradually put back the weight, with intermittent periods of 15-20 lb. losses. I'm also entering the wonderful world of menopause, so it's going to be tricky. Glad to be here, and looking forward to being part of the group.
