Hi everyone! I was referred to the 3FC forum by the pharmacist last night as I darted in at 5 minutes to closing, desperate for a P1-safe chocolate fix. I just wish I had found it sooner!
My husband and I have been on IP since mid-February, and have so far lost 85 lbs between us: He's lost 45, and I've lost 40. I'm starting to lose motivation now that I'm fitting into the clothes I like. I still have some challenges and some questions, and I'm hoping that maybe networking with other people on the IP protocol will be helpful.
I'm pretty handy in the kitchen, so I've come up with a lot of interesting spins on some of the standard recipes. It's been a fun challenge to work with such a limited palette of ingredients, but I've found some winners for sure. Looking forward to sharing them and finding more recipes that have worked for others.
