Just got through reading the book. I am hoping this diet might help me! I don't have a lot of weight to lose: 15-20 lbs. I already lost about 30 thanks to Weight Watchers. I have been stuck now for a year. I lose...then gain...then lose...then gain...and on and on. My main problem is that I am always hungry! This is where the book hit home! The more bad carbs I eat, the more I want. I feel like I am never satisfied for long! The other health benefits of the diet also interest me. I just turned 65 last week and have been blessed with good health that I hope to maintain for many years to come! Started in Phase 1 this morning with a 2-egg veggie omelette: spinach, mushrooms, peppers, and onions. Also a little chopped low fat ham and cheese. Need to hit the grocery store soon to stock up on Phase 1 food! Will read through your posts to get inspiration and recipe ideas! Wish me luck!!

Welcome! I've done Weight Watchers in the past and this is so much easier than counting points.

Welcome and congrats for continued success. I am a lifetime WW member, but regained and then some before coming to the beach. By far, SB works for my lifestyle. Couldn't be happier. Check in often it truly helps
