So I've been reading these threads for a few months now--and decided I need my own account.

I'm 19 and recently back home from college. For the past 3 months I've been counting calories but with the dramatic change in my schedule I need more of a kick in the butt!

My weight loss journey has been frustrating (I am now home with a scale). Although I was pleased to see that it read 191 I've been frustrated with how slow its been.

Hopefully, this site with continue to motivate me!
