Default running back to the beach...

You know, I was really good for 6 days then, wam. I ran to the boardwalk with all its consession stands and food courts. Now I have a sugar headache, fatigue, guilt, and just generally feel awful...It was NOT worth it one bit!
It's 6:45 sunday morning and I back on the beach.
I guess to de-tox I need to drink extra water. Any other suggestions welcome, I feel yucky.

Tina,
I'm so sorry that you are feeling crappy
Today is a great day for starting over. Drink lots of water and take some multivitamins and you will do just fine.

Tina, sometimes we forget how yucky we actually felt when we were eating the "old" way, and we need to remind ourselves, which is what you did yesterday. And sometimes we test ourselves too, just to see what actually will happen if we eat things that aren't so healthy for us. And now you know what will happen!

Drinking lots of water today should help get you back on track and get rid of the yucky feelings. Have a nice day, and welcome back to the beach!

Thanks Twodog and 2BFIT, it's hard to admit I made a mistake, but if I didn't step up to the plate, I was afraid I wouldn't get back....thanks for the kind encouraging words..

Tina, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and shrug your shoulders...what's done is done. Like everyone said, drink lots of water and take good care of yourself...you'll be back on the beach in no time!

Tinabrul, You and I are in the same spot. I also left the beach yesterday (after 4 weeks and 7 #lost), and have been feeling terrible. Guess it's like twodogmom said, it's not entirely a bad thing to be reminded of how yukky I used to feel eating badly much of the time.
I got up immediately and took my vitamin and drank water.

Thanks for the encouragement, all!
