Tina, sometimes we forget how
yucky we actually felt when we were eating the "old" way, and we need to remind ourselves, which is what you did yesterday. And sometimes we test ourselves too, just to see what actually will happen if we eat things that aren't so healthy for us. And now you know what will happen!
