Default The baby made me do it!

Hi, everyone!!!

I'm back on the weight loss train ... I had a baby 7 months ago and really need to get back to my fighting weight. I have about 50 lbs to lose. I must have been the only person who gained weight while breastfeeding, but I was SO hungry. (I'm weaning due to what's described below.)

I was diagnosed with a genetic mutation that really ups my risk for cancer, so my window for a second pregnancy is pretty small. I joined a gym and re-upped on Weight Watchers, so hopefully I can get it done!

srjph! How I wish 3fc had been around 39 yrs ago when I gained 5o pds with my first baby. I never lost all the way back again. You are blessed to have so much support here. You can do this and take it from someone who has lived a life obesity after the 4th child-You really want to do it this time. Use me as a cautionary tale.
I'm over halfway to a 170 pound needed for health loss . You can do this.
Look around, find inspiration. Also find something You want more than anything-a joy-in life to work towards. Something that will require you being healthy. I have grandchildren I want to play with, be able to sit on floor with babies-be able to walk my dog. What does your weight prevent you from doing? And have fun with it. This can be a fun place.
